USB Flash Permissions

I missed something somewhere; I've got a USB flash stick that I want "anybody" to be able to mount/read/write. I think I should set the KDE utility to "do nothing," but after that, how do I grant permissions so any user can mount or use the stick?

I do have a line,
Code:
usbfs /proc/bus/usb usbfs defaults 0 0
in /etc/fstab but...

Any hints?

Thanks.
