Unhappy Usb flash memory change /dev/sd* randomly and cant mount

The problem I have with my memory is that when connected I found the device in /dev/sda then after a reboot the same flash drive change to something like:

/dev/sde or /dev/sdb, always changing when connecting after a reboot or shutdown

and because I have already edited the /etc/fstab with a specific device like /dev/sda1 but then I cant mount the flash memory because its changing the name of the device.

Using Slackware 10.2 Kernel 2.6.16.15

I suggest you write a custeom udev rule for it that symlinks it to /dev/usbflash or something like that.

Check out http://www.reactivated.net/udevrules.php for instructions
