Upgrade NetworkManager 0.9.8 Slackware Current

hallo slacker, I want to ask, before I use KDE 4.8.5 then I upgraded it to 4.11 using the KDE repo slackware current. but after I upgraded KDE, network manager does not go too upgrade. so network managers can not be used because it is still in the KDE version 4.8.5.

I've tried looking to upgrade manually by downloading the source code and scripts slackbuild from the repo slackware current, but after I tried to build was an error. see it

root@darkstar:/home/pramono/Downloads/NetworkManager# sh NetworkManager.SlackBuild
NetworkManager.SlackBuild: line 2: $'\r': command not found
NetworkManager.SlackBuild: line 23: $'\r': command not found
NetworkManager.SlackBuild: line 25: $'\r': command not found
NetworkManager.SlackBuild: line 29: $'\r': command not found
NetworkManager.SlackBuild: line 33: syntax error near unexpected token `$'in\r''
'etworkManager.SlackBuild: line 33: ` case "$MARCH" in

can anybody help me? thankyou

Those errors look to me like the Slackbuild file is written in DOS format and sh is having trouble with the line endings. Many text editors in Linux will allow you to read in a DOS-formatted file and write it out with Unix line endings.

I was not aware KDE 4.11 was available from -current.
Have you tried Alien Bob's KDE 4.11 packages? They include

networkmanagement-0.9.0.9-x86_64-1alien.txz

that will will work with 4.11.

Release candidates were available, but KDE 4.11 was "released" on 14 August,

http://kde.org/announcements/4.11/

KDE 4.11 is not, as of the moment, part of Slackware-current.

http://www.slackware.com/changelog/

However, Alien Bob, a huge fan of KDE, was kind enough to make packages available for Slackware-current at,
