Updated Lightning needed for Seamonkey

For the just-released Slackware update Seamonkey-2.32, there is no released version of Lightning that is compatible. Instead, you need to use an un-released version of lighting-3.7.

Linux (32 bit): https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla....linux-i686.xpi

Linux (64 bit): https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla....nux-x86_64.xpi

Note: The reason given for this is that Lightning releases are a by-product of the Thunderbird build process, but the Thunderbird team skipped thunderbird-35 beta, so no Lightning 3.7 beta build was created.

I tried that 3.7 version this morning and it installed, but ran off the screen to the right to infinity and beyond. Same problem the last time there was a SeaMonkey upgrade, until 3.63b was released. Perhaps, someone will be kind enough to tweak 3.7.

Was that the 32- or 64-bit one you tried? I'm using the 32-bit one on Slackware 14.1 (x86) without any problems.

I think that error (with the window extending far right) was caused by failure to load the binary component, libcalbasecomps.so.

I did take a look at the 64-bit download, although I have no way to try it, and it looks OK (libcalbasecomps.so is present and is a 64-bit shared library).
