Uninstalling programs (not *.tgz)

Hi, does somebody know how to uninstall programs which are installed not from *.tgz files?

Maybe need manually delete some files or is some commands, please give some advices?

The short answer is that you can try going to the program's original source code directory and typing:
make uninstall
