uninstall software and dependencies


I usually do full install to avoid system errors from dependencies . How can
i ensure that uninstalling from pkgtool all these windows managers and mail clients will not mess my system from dependecies errors?.

That's hard to tell, you'd have to check with each package your concerned with to find out if it depends on another package, library or whatever before uninstalling.
