ugly fonts for gtk2 applications under multilib slack13.1

HI,

I followed Alien Bob's way to setup multilib slackware. But when I ran acroread x86_32, I found that all fonts are in square blocks (English or Chinese). Following is some terminal output, apparently choosing a font failed, what to do?

bash-4.1$ acroread
dirname: missing operand
Try `dirname --help' for more information.

(acroread:13851): Gtk-WARNING **: /usr/lib64/gtk-2.0/2.10.0/engines/libxfce.so: wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS64

For the GTK warnings:

For the square fonts: if you haven't commented out anything in rc.M, then the fonts should be working on your next reboot.

Thanks for your help. Problem solved after I did:

1. Adding "export GTK_PATH=/usr/lib/gtk-2.0" to the head of file /opt/Adobe/Reader9/bin/acroread
2. Run original version of /etc/rc.d/rc.M once.
