udev and mount options after suspend/resume

Running slackware-current.

I don't know for how much it goes, but I have this "problem" with suspend/resume:

I'm using kde, and letting it mount my partitions automatically.
It runs fine, but, every time I suspend and resume the pc, I found some mount options added.

For example:

$ mount
/dev/sda6 on / type ext4 (rw,commit=0)
proc on /proc type proc (rw)
sysfs on /sys type sysfs (rw)
tmpfs on /dev/shm type tmpfs (rw)
/dev/sda8 on /media/Deposito type ext3 (rw,nosuid,nodev,commit=600,commit=0,commit=0,commit=600,commit=600,commit=0,uhelper=udisks)
/dev/sda3 on /media/Seven type fuseblk (rw,nosuid,nodev,allow_other,blksize=4096,default_permissions)
/dev/sda7 on /media/Opensuse type ext4 (rw,nosuid,nodev,commit=600,commit=0,commit=0,commit=600,commit=600,commit=0,uhelper=udisks)
gvfs-fuse-daemon on /home/zed/.gvfs type fuse.gvfs-fuse-daemon (rw,nosuid,nodev,user=zed)

you can see the bunch of "commit=600,commit=0" added as mount options of /dev/sda8 and /dev/sda7? can you give me an hint of what happened? I found that more times I suspend/resume more of that are added.

moreover, if i "manually" (via the kde applet) umount and re-mount the partition, the options disappears completely.

Thank you

When you manually mount, the options that are added to /etc/mtab are only the ones *you* specify (taken from the command line and/or /etc/fstab), so that part is normal. All those duplicate commit= don't look right though and it probably ought to be looked at, but I doubt they're doing any harm.

You can check /proc/mounts to see the true list of options that are in effect for each filesystem
