Trying to find Absolute Linux's "Menu" files

I would like to know where the files for Absolute Linux's "Menu" (The Absolute Linux equivalent of Windows' start menu), as I wish to put some program shortcuts there.

I don't use Absolute so this may be wrong, but look for a file named /etc/icewm/menu

It was in /usr/share/icewm but thanks for giving me an idea for where to look... but how does the menu file work? As in how would I put another item in the games folder?

That's explained here. You could also try the program MenuMaker (maybe included in Absolute?)

Thanks, but where are the programs stored? (Yes I'm a Linux newbie, I've only be using this for 2 days!)
