Transparency on FVWM2

I'm not after help. I'm after reassurance.

Can somebody please confirm that the version of FVWM2 that comes with the Slack 9.1 distro will support transparency?

I've tried repeatedly to get it to work, and got nowhere. On the other hand, I'm still learning how to configure FVWM properly, so the chances are I'm just doing it wrong.

If somebody could tell me they've managed it, I can carry on happily working out what I'm doing wrong. I jsut don't want to be trying to find out my mistake when the problem is that it's not supported by the software!

TIA
