Toshiba Laptop Nic problem
had slack up and running nicely. I decided to change some partioning schemes and go for a fresh install. After clean install no network. ifconfig only comes up with loopback. so I check my dhcp conf files and all seems ok. An ifconfig eth0 up pulls the adapter up so a ifconfig now shows both eht0 and the loopback. But I can't get a dhcp lease. ANy suggesions as to what is going on? I didn't change my install at all. Same as before only now no networking.
