Finally got my Slackware desktop to look nice and simple.

Xfce 4.1, BSM Simple theme, Faenza icons and AWN.

The background image is of a cassowary, an endangered bird that reminds me of Kevin from the movie UP.

This is the first time I've tried out kim dot coms new Mega service, so if it doesn't work I can try to upload somewhere else.

Edit:
Mega doesn't seem to play nice with Firefox and flash when I tried to download my own file..
Worked fine with Seamonkey.

This looks great. Please share your icons, themes and whatever else you have done to make KDE look so good.

Ditto. That's a very stylish setup you got there, I'd also like to know the icons, theme, and conky setup.

I am not at home for the moment so cannot upload the styles. The theme and conky are made by me except the "Oxygen-transparent" theme with custom color schemes.

The icons (kAwoken) can be found here: http://browse.deviantart.com/art/kAwOken-244166779

I've made a basic tutorial on how to make a conky with circled text here: http://linuxscreenshotsforum.myfreef...s_about61.html . Scroll down a little until you see my nickname (eXpander).
