Did you just copy over crunchbang's configs to a standard openbox/tint2/etc on slackware install, or is there actually a slackbang project out there somewhere?!

I just whipped it up myself using the theme & icon source packages from here:

Rox, fluxbox and gkrellm. Thats an xfce panel in the upper left as well and the term is urxvt.
