I used to use cwm on OpenBSD prior to discovering the dwm/dmenu combination. dwm doesn't have cwm's window selection features but as I tend to start each app on its own dwm tag (workspace) each app is usually only a hot-key away, so I don't miss them.
Here's my latest one, running fluxbox on slackware 14.0, the theme is a slight modification of one of the defaults. the theme file is available here if anyone is interested: http://pastebin.com/SLsinc0j
Pretty simplistic, not even a background image, I like it though.
