I still can't read it... I get an error like this: Feed is not a RSS or Atom feed, maybe the provided feed URL point to a HTML page instead of RSS or Atom feed. And when I click Validate feed it takes me here: http://www.feedvalidator.org/check?url=http://fsckoff.org/checkslack.rss. Maybe someone would check the error from the feedvalidator site and post a solution.... that would be great. So everyone can use it, with all news readers. Thanks.
See my post in this thread . I'm trying to use the 2.6x smp kernel from the Tuesday's -current. While reiserfs is supposedly compiled in, it would not boot my partition. Adding reiserfs to initrd fixed it. While I've likely done something wrong, how does one report a potential problem to Pat?

OK, after a little tinkering, I got it to validate. However I don't have the luxury of a Linux box in front of me or a RSS reader, so someone tell me if it works as I think there might be a few bugs still.
Earlier I was using 'RSS Reader' on a Windoze box... now I'm on a Slack box and will give it a shot using thunderbird (for starters). From what I've seen people didn't have any problems reading the RSS feed using KDE news ticker but my RSS Reader wouldn't accept it with those errors. Let's check and see . Will post back in a short time with the results.
Yeah, Firefox detects that one as a feed and shows its contents in its nice, 2.0 way. Nice job, and great job drkstr on the php. I subscribe to it in gmail, although gmail's rss reader is kind of annoying (it just shows a random entry at the top) but in Firefox it ends up being an empty live bookmark. Weird.
Awesome, if there's any bugs or anything that could make it better let me know. I guess I kinda branched drkstr's code on this, I'll clean up the code, post it, and move the .rss to a permanent location when I get home from work tonight.
