I'm using Slackware 12.0 and I tried to customize the look of my OS to Mac-like.
I installed baghira 0.8 by using Slackbuild, and everything goes well except the K-Menu icon are too big in Kicker(The topmost of the desktop),and the system tray icons are too big as well.
This is a known issue that has had bug reports filed with it. I fix has never been produced the only work around I found was to increase the font size in kconfig and that would increase the size of the kicker. However this made the fonts to big, in the end I just learned to live with it.
If all you want is to reduce the size of the Kicker icons:
1. "Right-click" on the Kicker panel.
2. From the pop-up context menu, select Configure Panel....
3. In the Arrangement section, select the Size drop-down list.
4. Select a smaller size.
5. Select the Apply button.

That will only apply to the icons at the main panel, not Kicker itself.
