I was really counting on the prize-money... :p

All good things come to those who wait

Patience conquerors all
No need to rush, said the robber, and they led him to the gallows
That was quick, said the maid, and she was pregnant

Perhaps, we should reset our picks and start again with the contest? Just a suggestion...:)
Do you think it's a good idea? Perhaps, we could have a poll on it...?

brianL 08-20-2009 09:39 AM

I'm sticking with *day the *th of *.
...or the *st or the *nd.

GazL 08-20-2009 10:28 AM

Still a few people left in play. :)

Quickdraw with Aug 22.
Ilgar with Aug 23
Jturning Aug 27

... and a few more in Sept or later.

PS. ARE WE THERE YET?

Despite the fact that I subscribed to slackware-announce so I'd get emailed when it's released, I still check every morning to see if it has been released...

And me! When the next release isn't actually called 'Slackware 13', then I win I win I win!

:ahem:

It's not about the prices. I'll give the prices away. It's about the thrill of competing in such an extraordinary competition, leaning equally on skills, knowledge and luck.
