Thanks Tink.

bsetbg was what I was looking for. xsetbg does not support large images ( I think ) but bsetbg works fine.. :-)

thanks

I *think* that the fluxbox included with slack10 is the 'stable' version, which uses 'fsetbg' or something?

Once you compile the latest 'unstable' version (0.99?) you have fbsetbg

Possibly... ;)

i didnt till i popped in the cvs version of fbsetbg

meaning i also updated fluxbox after a fresh install of slack10 and still nothing

unfortunately, ive been looking for something to replace xsetbg, that umm -electricsheep uses for fullscreen.. but nothing seems to work.. (xsetbg never came along with anything in slack10 here)
