Strange pci errors

I've been getting these strange pci errors in my dmesg output for as long as I can remember I had slackware 10. The come from rc.hotplug, which then points to /etc/hotplug. I messed with it some bit and they didnt come up but then I couldnt use my usb keyboard either hahaha... anyways here is part of the error since it repeats several times.

pciehp: acpi_pciehprm:\_SB_.PCI0 evaluate _BBN fail=0x5
pciehp: acpi_pciehprm:get_device PCI ROOT HID fail=0x5
shpchp: acpi_shpchprm:\_SB_.PCI0 evaluate _BBN fail=0x5
shpchp: acpi_shpchprm:get_device PCI ROOT HID fail=0x5

They have no effect on the system, but me being a perfectionist, it bugs the hell out of me.
The hotplug packages is uptodate, as with everything else in /a and /l from slackware-current. I'm running kernel 2.6.7.
