It seems that in the last update of kde in slackware64-current, step-22.08.3 is left unchanged (or undeleted), and all the old *22.08.3* have been changed to *22.12.0*

It has a compilation error.

UnicodeEncodeError: 'ascii' codec can't encode character u'\xc0' in position 0: ordinal not in range(128)

Couldn't find any patch fixing it.
