Question sshd error " bad owner or mode for /var/empty"

Hi guys !!

I install Slackware 9 [default installation], but when to try to connect via ssh, refused my conecction.
I check if the sshd is running but its not. When try to start , send a error message: "ssh bad owner or mode for /var/empty" empty is root owner, and 777 permisions.

Any idea ?
Regards !

Eliud

I solve..
How ?
- $mkdir /var/empty/sshd
- $chown -R root.root /var/empty
- $chmod 755 -R /var/empy

And start ssh daemon:
$/etc/rc.d/rc.sshd start

So easy jajaja
