src2pkg question

I need a 32bit copy of libqt-mt.so.3 in order to be able to use FirstClass email on this 64bit machine,

so I got the source for qt3.0.0 from nokia and am using src2pkg to build a pkg I hope I'll be able to install...noticing though that src2pkg is appending the x86_84 arch to the files and I'm wondering if the final product will be giving me the same "bad elfclass" error I was getting when using libqt-mt.so.3 from the qt3 slackbuild I used yesterday

Assuming you have a working, complete multi-lib setup, you just need to use the '-M32' option with src2pkg. That passes '-m32' to the compiler. And src2pkg will take care of naming the package with the '-compat32' suffix and using the proper libdirs. You may need some help to get qmake working for you -QT takes some unusual commands to configure and compile which src2pkg cannot guess without some help. So, just let me know if you need more help.
