Speaker is not muted when headphone is connected

I just did a fresh installation of Slackware 14.1 and then immediately upgraded it to current. One of problems I faced after that installation is there is no sound.

I managed to solve the problem using solution in slackware documentation.

Now it is all fine with sound from speakers. But then I tried using headphone but speaker is not muted when I connected the headphone.

Here is the output of 'lsmod | grep snd':

Code:
snd_hda_codec_conexant 11029 1
snd_hda_codec_generic 58678 1 snd_hda_codec_conexant
snd_hda_codec_hdmi 38246 1

Stupid me. I didn't enable auto-mute mode in alsamixer. I enable that and problem solved.
