Some weird with nvidia proprietary driver.(xorg work, 3d software and steam not).
So, i new to nvidia and their drivers, after i install nvidia-driver(that install nvidia-kernel as well), i can start Xorg.
X add all of my cards(one from my i3-6100u and dedicated from nvidia). So, when i tried to run some Quake, it say it can't run -- "Couldn't set video mod". Steam say "OpenGL GLX extension not supported by display" as well. And i dont' know what to do with that. Here is log of Xorg -- https://pastebin.com/Xg3wzDrf Sorry for kinda broken English. |
You probably need to research Optimus install and be certain to install the 32 bit compatibility libraries as well.
