(SOLVED) Unable to send mail with Mutt after recent Slackware Current updates

I use msmtp v. 1.4.31 as a MTA for sending mail. When I try to send I get this error:

Code:

msmtp: error while loading shared libraries: libgnutls.so.28: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
This is makes sense, as the recent update included a major update to gnuutils. It is also not a big deal to me, as I have other machines and other programs to send and receive mail, but I figured that I should tell someone and that the unofficial official Slackware forum would be the place to do that.

If there's a workaround, I would like to know it, but, otherwise, I'll just wait it out and keep checking SlackBuilds for an update to msmtp.

yes I have ran into the same problem with a couple programs. for some reason nettle is and the gnutls not working together . I been working on this strange I rebuilt everything with and the programs build. but they still call on libgnutls.so.28 and that and nettles have all been rebuilt. made sure none of the old Libs of gnutls are around. rebuild simplescreenrecorder and get the same problem. Going to take my time and look deeper.

I rebuilt msmtp from the slackbuild and it worked.

Thanks, byzkarl. I just did that and it worked.

It seems obvious now, but good ideas always seem obvious after someone else has them.
