I'm using flux in 13 with no problems until exit. For the last few days, when I exit flux I get an empty screen with everything locked up. Cannot access other consoles, use power button or ctrl-alt-del. Nothing odd has been installed and everything else is working fine.
Any ideas what to look for?

Reason: solved
Can you still ssh into the box when that happens? If so does toggling between run levels 3 & 4 and back again from the ssh session fix the problem?
One of my boxes randomly covered the screen with white noise (no keyboard or mouse input available and all of my apps killed) so I had to ssh in and run telinit 4 && telinit 3 to get back to a login prompt. For me it was compiz - I've disabled it because it wasn't doing anything I needed and it no longer happens.
Don't know if I can ssh in. For one, have never used it. Secondly, this is the only computer that I have available. Once I pull the plug, everything reboots just fine.
Now it works again. Oh well, doomed to ignorance. I will try starting flux so it keeps a log in case this comes up again. Will post what I find out.
Thanks.
