smc with CEGUI + freeimage (CEGUI Scheme exception occurred)

Unfortunately I've not found much, so far, and what I've found isn't very helpful.

http://slackbuilds.org/repository/13.1/games/smc/
Code:
To compile this game you will need OpenGL (with hardware acceleration
enabled) and CEGUI. Make sure CEGUI is compiled *WITHOUT* DevIL support
(or just make sure it is not the default image codec) and *WITH* either
FreeImage or SILLY codec support (FreeImage is the most recommended choice).

The only info I've found:
http://www.secretmaryo.org/phpBB3/vi...512.png#p22116
http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...roblem-783746/
http://bugs.archlinux.org/task/8469

smc readme-linux.txt
Code:
	CEGUI ( >= 0.5 )
		Either SILLY, DevIL or FreeImage

Error when trying to run the game.
Code:
bash-4.1$ smc
CEGUI Scheme Exception occurred : Imageset::xmlHandler::startElement - An unexpected error occurred while creating a Texture object from file 'SMCLook512.png'
Using ldd on all CEGUI libraries in /usr/lib.
Code:

libCEGUItoluapp.so.1.2.0 ----  libfreeimage.so.3 => /usr/lib/libfreeimage.so.3 (0xb7426000)
ldd on smc.
Code:
bash-4.1$ ldd smc | grep freeimage
	libfreeimage.so.3 => /usr/lib/libfreeimage.so.3 (0xb548a000)
Installed packages:
CEGUI 6.2 (Without DevIL & SILLY)
FreeImage 3.12.0
smc 1.9

Well, that's everything I can think of off of the top of my head...

Anyway, has anyone gotten this to work or am I missing something?

Solved...

I used the slackbuild from 12.2 and compiled FreeImage 3.11.0.
