Slax Live
 

I want to know if I can use TTF fonts on Slax Live and also mount CD-ROMS. I also tried Suse Live eval but it doesn't seem to work. I cannot login and during the booting process it fails to recognize some stuff. Does someone know the default login and password.

I thought the default login and password for Slackware Live was just root with a blank password. Plus, it tells you right at boot time what it is.

I have had ZERO luck with the SuSE Live Eval. I think it pretty much sucks :)

I have a Slackware Live CD that I really like though.

You can use 'slax copy2ram=all eject' at boot if you want it to eject it when it's done. It copies everything to a RAM drive like this.

Not sure about TT fonts :)

If you are using the SLAX live from Slackware-live.org then it would be better to put your questions on their website forum. Tomas is very good about answering all questions.
