Slackware64 --current (XFCE) - Laptop + external display, enabling disabled display

Hey,

problem is when I use my laptop at home I connect external display to it and disable laptops display.
When I suspend and disconnect external display and 'wake up' then I can't see XFCE but I'm able to see tty1 (CTRL + ALT + F1).

So, how I can make that when I have external display connected laptops internal display is disabled? And when no external detected internal is enabled.
Or at very least how I can enable from command line internal display without killing X?

Also little question, why sometimes CTRL + ALT + BACKSPACE stops to work? I mean they usually kill X session but sometimes they just don't work at all. And I have tried to kill every application which might (or might not) block these keys but didn't help.
