Exclamation slackware64-current - google chrome freezes

I'm having problems with the google chrome, the window freezes and I need to force the closing. I am using the latest version of slackware64-current.

My last update was in kernel 4.4.23 and everything was working properly. And yesterday, I decided to do all to stay up to date.

Interesting. I've attempted to replicate the problem. I built the latest version of Chrome (55.0.2883.87) using Pat's slackbuild script in the /extra directory.
Everything is working fine here. No window freezing yet.

Question

I'm not sure if the problem really is in chrome!

It might be in some library that was recently updated.... I reinstalled version 50.0.2661.102 and the problem continues ....

I'm a little lost but continue analyzing to try to understand where is the problem.

Maybe: nouveau driver??

To try to isolate more, I installed the "xf86-video-nouveau-blacklist-noarch-1.txz" package but the problem still persists.
