Slackware64 14.1 vs. Broadcom BCM4313 wireless card

Hi,

I just installed Slackware64 14.1 on a HP Pavilion DM1 netbook. Slackware64 14.0 was previously installed. The netbook has a Broadcom wireless card:
Code:
[root@buzz:~] # lspci | grep -i network
03:00.0 Network controller: Broadcom Corporation BCM4313 802.11b/g/n Wireless LAN Controller (rev 01)
With Slackware64 14.0, I've been using the broadcom-sta driver for the wireless card. Unfortunately, I can't seem to build this driver on Slackware64 14.1. Here's what I get:

Code:
/tmp/SBo/build-broadcom-sta/src/wl/sys/wl_linux.c:3190:16: erreur: déréférencement d'un pointeur de type incomplet
  wl->proc_entry->data = wl;
                ^
cc1: some warnings being treated as errors
make[1]: *** [/tmp/SBo/build-broadcom-sta/src/wl/sys/wl_linux.o] Erreur 1
make: *** [_module_/tmp/SBo/build-broadcom-sta] Erreur 2
make: on quitte le répertoire « /usr/src/linux-3.10.17 »
What now?

Are you using the latest broadcom-sta Slackbuild and driver? I believe you are using an older version which does not support the 14.1 kernel.

I just tried it on my system and it built fine without errors. Its a 1.6mb file if you want me to email it to you. I have no idea what the errors mean.

I know that there is a new patch that is needed for the 3.8 kernel and later as well as new drivers from broadcom. I have the broadcom-sta driver installed as well (4312 card).

Thanks everybody. Card works fine now with the patched broadcom-sta.
