Slackware - VMWare

Hi, I just installed slackware in vmware, with the fluxbox window manager. I logged in, created a new user, and typed in startx. But, I get an error message stating
Quote:
(WW) VESA(0): Failed to set up write-combining range (0xf0000000,0x10000000)
(EE) xf860OpenSerial: Cannot open device /dev/mouse
No such device.
(EE) Mouse1: cannot open input device
(EE) PreInit failed for input device "Mouse1"
No core pointer

Fatal server error:
failed to initialize core devices
Can anyone help me so I can fix this? Thanks in advance .

Yep. The answer is pretty easy (probably). Take a look in your /etc/X11/xorg.conf and:

Code:
Section "InputDevice"
        ...
        Option "Device" "/dev/mouse"
        ...
change it to "/dev/psaux". Save and try again.
