Where are all the slackware quotes stored , i would like to look them over.

Take a look in /usr/share/games/fortunes. I believe there's fortunes, fortunes2, and linuxcookie, and they are called up by a script called 'bsd-games-login-fortune.sh' in /etc/profile.d when you log in to an interactive shell.
