While there is an ARM port of Slackware (actually, a few, I think), it isn't designed to be installed onto PDAs and certainly not phones. You need a lot of custom work to get Linux running on hardware like that. The only phone/PDA platform you could feasibly run ARM Slackware on would be one of the phones from OpenMoko, because all of the information and tools are publicly available and there is a community behind it. You might be able to do it on a HTC G1 too, I believe you can install ARM Debian on that, so Slackware should be workable too.
