The "mail" command isn't found on my system (Slackware Current). Which package contains this command and if there are other methods of accessing system mail from the command line, please let me know.
You can also use mutt and pine that are included in Slackware to access your mail from the command line. You can use fetchmail or getmail to retreive it from your pop accounts and put it in your local mail box and then read with the aforementioned mail clients.
