Slackware Live Request

I like Slackware Live. A handy tool. Thank you Eric!

Perhaps inxi could be added? A useful tool with any Live ISO.

I used Slackware Live today and did not find the command. I had to use a different Live ISO.

I asked for inxi to be added to Slackware main, but that is Pat's decision.

Well try harder to convince Pat. All I do is grabbing the Slackware official packages and wrapping them in a live filesystem.

If you make or obtain a slackbuild for your desired package on a regular Slackware system of the same (or similar) version as the Slackware Live system, you can save the resultant binary package and then, once booted in the Slackware Live system, install the package. Specific example: I did this for fsarchiver and it worked fine. Program was still there after reboot.

edit: p.s. you've got to be comfortable with compiling slackbuilds and familiar with the basic slackware package tools.
