Slackware libcanon_pdlwrapper.c, line = 514, err Canon Printer

Using Slackware current 64 bit, The printer is a mf-4880 canon and had worked perfect for several months. After an upgrade the printer looked to be working OK but would not print. When I looked at debug it was throwing an error "libcanon_pdlwrapper.c, line = 514, err". I searched the internet for days without any success. I reloaded the UFRII drivers several times along with cups several times with no success. I also checked the conf. files against another 64 bit machine many times with no success.

I don't know which of these really solved the problem but i reinstalled these 3 and the problem went away.

I just upgraded another 64 bit printer with no problems.
