guy,
problem solved how? well, i got a 2.6.24.2 kernel, and compiled it with fair group scheduling? why this kernel? well, i read some changelogs, and found out that the older kernels had some problems, including an infinite loop on a mm algorithm. so i got the above mentioned kernel, compiled it with fair group scheduling, and it worked i put the cpu under very heavy load(compile kernel, play game, trackerd, amsn and amarok) and it just didn't slow down at all. before, it would slow down in less than 4 minutes under this load. i have the old kernel here, and it's still slowing down under some load.
so, by now, everything's SEEMS to be fine.
slackware lighting fast was always here
this one got me really worried. even thought about changing distro
i would like to thank very much everyone who helped me here

and as a bonus you have a kernel that's updated against the splice exploit.
