Slackware imap server

What is the imap server that Slackware comes with? Does anybody know? I am unable to locate this information. Also where is the configuration file for the server?

Thanks

It is UW IMAP by default but I tend to prefer courier-imap.

Default IMAP server that comes with Slack is UW? Where is the config file of it? The reason I’m asking is because I have been using it for a year now and I never had a problem with it till now. It appears that there is a problem when retrieving e-mails with large attachments (Over 200mb). Logs indicate the error is with IMAP (I don’t remember the error off the top of my head).

Take a look at the FAQs here:
http://www.washington.edu/imap/IMAP-FAQs/

Without knowing what the error was I wouldn't even want to guess what is wrong.

Log shows.

Jul 29 11:41:52 mail imapd[8246]: Fatal error user=username host=myhost.com
[192.168.1.7] mbx=???: Out of memory
Jul 29 11:41:53 mail imapd[8246]: IMAP toolkit crash: Out of memory

Not sure why this happens. I know this started with a big attachemtn.

It appears that IMAP is trying to put the whole message into memory. Message is bigger then available RAM + SWAP and it kicks the message. This kicks because I don’t have enough space to make the SWAP bigger.
