Slackware Current Problems with K3b

I was trying to switch my systems over to the new Slack Current, but I found several problems. K3b has buffer under runs most of the time. I thought it might be related to the ext4 file system, so I reinstalled my usual jfs file system. Still wastes dvds. I've gone back to 12.2 and all is well again.
I really would like to upgrade to Slack current (13?), but I like K3b the best of all writer programs and it doesn't work relaibly with current. Also Opera and djvulibre won't work as they currently require qt3. K3b is the real killer for me though.
Anyone else encounter this problem?

Did you install:

http://slackware.oregonstate.edu/sla...a/kde3-compat/

Probably will solve your problem.

K3b problem

Thanks for the information. I should have checked the forum more closely. Usually I spend an hour or so searching, and come up with nothing. So, I didn't look much.
I'll give the older K3b a try.

The binary installs to /opt/kde/bin/ and doesn't appear in a menu, so you will either have to navigate to this directory, or run from the command line specifying the full path.
