Slackware-Current kde menus empty

With yesterdays updates to current the desktop functions for kde do not work any longer. The menus from the startbar don't link to anything. Anyone else see this behavior? Tried reverting back to the previous kde packages but that didn't work. Suspect the X library files but haven't had time to check.

I noticed this with update from 11 to current. Solved by deleting ~/.kde

Delete /tmp/kde-<user> and /tmp/kdecache-<user> before login.
