slackware + awesome problem

Hello, slackers...

After 12h session of trying to get awesome to work on my laptop i'm out of ideas...

When I launch the awesome I got this message.

Code:
awesome: error while loading shared libraries: libxcb-icccm.so.4: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
I have google it alot and nothing helped...This library which is apparently shared is a part of xcb which I have installed from here.

I have also tryed to install i3wm, and for i3 it says the same message. I have installed all of the dependencies and recompiled both of this programs several time...

Any idea of fixing this problem is very appreciated.

edit:> i did try downgrading the awesome, tryed with slack pkg from slackbuilds.org and got the same result ...i really have no clue where is the problem :/

[SOLVED]

Code:
ln -s /usr/lib/libxcb-icccm.so /usr/lib/libxcb-icccm.so.4
After creating symlink, i've recompiled it and it worked.

ps. dont forget to put exec awesome into your .xinitrc and launch it with startx.
