Slackware 9.1 antivirus advise

Hallo,

I have Slackware 9.1 current installed on a mail server, but have problems with uploading of antivirus software. Can you tell me some antivirus which is running well with this distribution.

Thank you in advance

Ivon

Hi.

Clam works well ....http://www.clamav.net/

I would also recommend using it along with John Hardin's procmail sanitizer....
http://www.impsec.org/email-tools/pr...-security.html

I run both on out Slack/Qmail server but I haver gotten along for years with just the sanitizer on our Slack/sendmail server.

It works great, is easily configured and has never let a virus pass through.
