Slackware 14 - long pause during boot - udev killed

I use Slackware 14 64bit. In early stage of booting (just few seconds after initrd) I get 30s pause and message saying something like:
Code:

udevd ... seq 'devices/pci000.../0000:04:01.0' killed
udevd ... seq 'devices/pci000.../0000:04:01.1' killed
udevd ... seq 'devices/pci000.../0000:04:01.2' killed

and after some time (still booting):
Code:

worker ... terminated by signal 9
3 times

Sorry for incomplete messages, I couldn't find them in logs.
Code:

lspci -s 0000:04:01 -v

I've googled for similar problems and tried to blacklist cx88* modules but it doesn't help.

Edit:
This PCI device is tv tuner: Leadtek DTV1800H

If no one has real solution, maybe you could help me with changing udev timeout to 1s? Waiting 30s during boot is so frustrating...

This will not answer your questions but here is some more information:

I guess it is a TV card correct?

More on the Kernel module:

Add the kernel modules for those devices to your initrd image. I had a similar problem with my wireless card on my HP 635.
