I have Slackware 14.1 (with Kernel 3.10.25) and XEN 4.3.1. Machine is working nice with pure Linux Kernel. Once i boot it with XEN it hangs during startup. Somewhere at 10s after start (base on time stamp).
The most interesting thing is that it was working after aprox 5 first boots. Later it failed 9/10 times.
I do not see any relevant massage during startup.
How to debug this issue? Can you please help and suggest some way to debug this?

Edit:
Seems that MEI driver is causing this issue. I recompiled kernel without it and 15/15 startups succeeded.
