Slackware 14.1 - Missing Minimize, Maximize and Close from Title bar.

I just upgraded from 14.0 to 14.1. Everything else seems fine except my title bars are all missing the 3 little icons for Minimize, Maximize(restore) and Close. I tried rebooting, changing themes, rebooting, etc... not sure why it's not working. I also updated my Display Driver to Catalyst 13.11 beta6. It was working before upgrade. (I attached my Xorg.0.log file)

Ideas?

Thanks.
