No there isn't. Slackware and Slackware64 are separate downloads and two distinct ISOs. If you're installing from an official Slackware DVD, then one side is 32-bit and the other side is 64-bit.
I had some very old audio and video files that were part of a game from the early 90's. They required a windows dll file to be downloaded in order to play. That dll file was only available in 32-bit.
speaking of that -- wine only works in 32-bit because most windows applications are in 32-bit.
Actually - you can run wine in 64-bit - there just aren't many applications you can run in wine that are 64-bit only.
wine runs fine on slackware64. And it will run all applications that you are able to run on slackware32. Just set up slackware64 as a multilib environment and you're good to go. A few threads south of this one, you may even find my own thread where I had the trouble with running a certain application and was resolved.
