Exclamation Slackware 12, CUPS, problem printing to client printer

Hi people.
I work with Salckware 12.0. I have a network(1 server, 4 linux clients , 4 windows clients).
PROBLEM: On the server run the services cups, the clients works from terminal to server because on the server is the programs.
Ther are 1 printer on the server and there are 1 printer for clients and it's working the command "lpr -l", when the people impr inform to print on the printer of the server there aren't problem, but when the people impr inform to print from server to printer clients the option "-l" is no accept for the client only accept "lpr" and the documents lose the format and change size of the print letter.

I am learning to speak english... Escuse me for my english people...
