slackware 12.0 boot problem

I just installed Slackware 12.0 and LILO didn't seem to install correctly, so the OS won't boot. I am dual booting the system with WinXP. I attempted to install LILO to the MBR and it didnt seem to take. Before I attempted to install Slackware, I had Kubuntu and XP dual booting with GRUB as the boot manager and that worked fantastic. Now when I boot the system, instead of seeing LILO I get GRUB and it shows Error 15. I was able to install the Acronis boot manager to get Windows XP to boot, and it sees the Linux part but when I try to boot that partition it still shows GRUB error 15. I guess ideally I would just like a real basic install of LILO that would let me choose between Slackware and XP. If someone could point me in the right direction to figure this out I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks! Mike.

This worked perfect. LILO had HDE as boot device when it should have been SDA.

lilo, slackware
