01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: ATI Technologies Inc Radeon R200 QL [Radeon 8500 LE]

i was using ndiswrapper, which work ok 'till modprobe (modprobe ndiswrapper)...

modprobe gave me:
/lib/modules/2.4.26/misc/ndiswrapper.o: unresolved symbol _mmx_memcpy
/lib/modules/2.4.26/misc/ndiswrapper.o: insmod /lib/modules/2.4.26/misc/ndiswrapper.o failed
/lib/modules/2.4.26/misc/ndiswrapper.o: insmod ndiswrapper failed

Thank you for your suggestions.

Have you tried using a native driver?

http://sourceforge.net/projects/rt2400

ndiswrapper should be your *last* choice, not your first one. Native drivers are almost always stabler and faster, and if they exist you should use them over ndiswrapper.

Just a guess, but does your kernel support MMX?
Code:
cat /proc/cpuinfo
